I felt the same way about early CSI: Miami, not so much that it was
dark and gloomy but that it was all about Delko getting wet and
dirty.  When was the last time we saw Delko diving?  Those scenes with
Delko looking for stuff underwater were boring.  And Speed and Callie
didn't ever seem to do much except stand around.  Now it seems that
everybody is ru****ng to get somewhere, that they need to get
everything processed before there's another victim.  It's sillier but
it's definitely more entertaining.
