Citation? How many 'guys' have you talked to? IMHO, they purposely 
de-glammed her to have some contrast with the other females on the show, 
but she is far from ugly. Very 'girl next door', which I am sure was the 
producers intent, so audience would feel protective of her. I like that 
they original series actually shows the women in work-appropriate 
clothes most of the time, with little or no face paint and such. NY does 
that okay <most> of the time. Miami persists in putting the women in 
fancy white clothes, spike heels, and lots of tit showing, at what (IRL) 
would be filthy nasty crime scenes, where the outfits would be ruined in 
a single ****ft, and the witnesses and such would be hitting on them, not 
talking.
