Actually, I think you're confusing two episodes.  A young woman was
lactating in an early episode of CSI because she wanted so badly to
get pregnant that her breasts started producing milk.  Her father was
accused of abuse before it was realised that the daughter was having
issues that the father wasn't even aware of.  There have been several
episodes in which mothers have taken care of children that were not
their own and there was even an episode in which a "younger sister"
was actually the older sister's daughter.
