Possibly poorly worded, I have plenty of time to waste, I just want to 
waste it efficiently. I not going to click the same page over and over 
hoping that eventually it will miraculously work when I can move on and 
waste my time at one of the 100,000,000+ websites that work at the first 
click. I'm lazy about wasting time. 

As W.C. Fields said; "If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again. Then 
quit. There’s no point in being a damn fool about it."

That said, I did try again later with a diifernt browser, it still brings 
up a  page that's 80% blank but I was able to follow the quiz link to the 
test.
