I don't recall noticing it in the actual episode, but there did seem
to be a difference in the deleted scene.

IMO, her apparently-non-ironic use of the term "soul mate" should
disqualify her from future appearances.

Yeah, I thought that was interesting, that she was focusing on stuff
that Warrick did (or rather, got caught in) seven years ago, when he
was looking at murder charges just a few weeks?months? previously.
"Blackmailed into helping a corrupt racist jerk-off... accused of
killing a stripper... yeah, I can see how that first one obviously
overshadows the other." Also, how does Grissom hanging out with a pro
domme AND banging his subordinate look anything but bad, but escape
her mention? (I mean, aside from a wholly understandable desire to get
Grissomated.) Eh. At least I got a good laugh out of her own screw-up
later in the episode: "Hello, Kettle? This is Pot. You're black."
