Keep in mind that the BBB is a voluntary member****p organization of 
businesses. There is no requirement that a local business belong to the
BBB, 
and  the BBB has no control over non-members. About the only thing the BBB

can do is revoke a business' member****p if they do something unethical.
The 
BBB is not an oversight organization for all businesses. You can complain 
all  you want about a business, but if that business is not a member of
the 
BBB, then the BBB has no recourse against that business.

If you don't like the way a particular business is run, then don't give
them 
your patronage.....
