He's in a few episodes.   He's the man in the cape that is talking to
Frank Costanza, he's George Steinbrenner, and he's the voice of the
guy on the airplane, when Elaine is complaining that she didn't order
the Kosher meal.  He yells out "I ordered the Kosher meal!".

I'm probably missing a couple...
