Wandering Bear knelt down next to the dog and rubbed his hand over the
dogs
chest while chanting in native american..also took out some sort of herb
and
rubbed it on the dog.  The dog then stood up...barked loudly...looked at
Larry...growled at him and then chased him down the street.  While running
Larry waved to another Prius owner.
