No, it just wasn't funny this time around. to wit, the pharmacist
routine was hilarious the first time it was used a season or two ago,
when he got outraged at larry's attempted bribe; this time larry went
back to the well and came up with the pharmacist recommending a
different prescription so the doc can get a little angry and agree out
of spite to let the pharmacist prescribe. Then  it ends up the
pharmacist is named coffe so larry decides against it. End of joke.
Hilarity doesn't ensue. 

Not exactly a comedy gem.
