I'm watching More4's Curb shows in England, and am a bit impatient
about this idea that apparently Larry - unless this was just a vivid
dream of mine - turns out to be adopted (just the character at a guess,
not the real Larry?). I'm adopted to myself and am interested in how
this is worked in, how it explains him and so on, whether it undermines
his Jewishness or whatever. If anyone could tell me a bit I'd be
pleased, Thanks.
It's an incredible show. I'd never use the word awesome, but it is
awesome. It's changed my perception of things, i'm more at home with
absurdist feelings and impulses. I was a racist berk when I was 14 and
alternative comedy in England moved me on, and now Larry's done that
again.
