There were much worse storylines than leviathan such as that horrible
summer
of 1970 one after the brilliant 1995 storyline. They bascially did another
turn of the screw aka Quentins ghost rehash but pretty much it was
horrible
having to put up with the annoying kids in almost every episode. I like
David alot but Kathy Cody got on my nerves and my god how can the David be
so stupid and repeat every mistake he made during the Quentin's Ghost
storyline. Also 1840 started out great but I felt it started to really
drag
toward the end and they rehased the witchcraft storyline they already had
done in 1795 and also the whole storyline which again I thought started
out
great became a mess as unlike 1897 it did not tie into the events of the
presant. The kids for instance were such a major part of the 1970 story
and
got barely any story at all in 1840. The pirate ship and the crew is
another
thing totally forgotten and they also made major blunders like killing
Edith
when she is alive in 1897 and how did Roxanne beocme a vampire orignally
if
Barnabas and Julia weren't there and the list goes on and on.
