Re: Moonlight vs Forever Knight

I think I asked this a long time ago, but I forget if anyone knew the
answer, so here it is again... <g>

Was "Forever Knight" based on the old Rick Springfield vampire cop
series "Nick Knight"?  The original, if memory serves, was lighter and
more comedic, while the newer series was a more serious show.  Just
seemed that the characters' similarities and same name was too much of a
coincidence, even though the two shows were very different in mood and
style.
