Re: off topic -- water toy from 60s

Hello WindRiver.   I recall such a water toy, did it have a yellow
hollow type head with a silly painted face that was supposed to shoot
around the yard like a rocket getting everyone wet?    It never did
work as advertized.   That was a Mr. Wiggle.
