Not completely sure, but here are some possibilities:

Didn't Abigail cry out for God's help when Barnabas approached her?

I believe they prayed for Vicki's soul as she was about to be hanged.

Did Roger pray for forgiveness when he was chaining Barnabas in the
coffin, or was his plea just directed to Barnabas?

Other than those, I imagine there were prayers said at various weddings
and funerals.
