I think france, but with his money, he may have a place down there too.
And being a fan with this movie planned to be done, it wouldn't be
impossible for him or Tim Burton to actually show up.

Otherwise, who would be on the panel? You would think the panel would be
comprised of at least some people with direct ties to the planned film
even if it's not the big names
