Bo's pancreas that is inside of him right now is a faux pancreas, Ed.
It was removed in his sleep. His real pancreas is inside of John
Black, we just don't know it yet. Marlena will eventually get back
together with John to where she feels like his wife again and she will
make love to him and discover at Green Mountain Lodge that there has
indeed been a pancreas switch.


She's a doctor, you know. In terms of all the present Salemites, ONLY
*she* (or Lexie... would ever be able to lie down on top of a man and
then get up on a soapbox and pontificate to the m***** that a
preposterous pancreas swap has taken place. Marlena is gonna' put the
smack down on that Pancreas Swap, though, and Rolfe's going to have
hell to pay. Good thing Bart's no longer around, otherwise he'd be
backhanded all the way to Bethesda for helping to perpetuate the false
existence of a policeman's pancreas. Vivian Alamain will then proceed
to send postcards from Pensacola with a picture of a pancreas on it to
Philip, John Bo and Pops (she doesn't know he's dead) telling them "I
told you so! Look what happened with my pregnancy! This peculiar
pancreas pickle that that you're all in was to be expected, people.
Please!"
