Maybe you don't know this but fake boobs *can* be just as realistic
looking as real to the point that you would never know the
difference.  But so many women want them so much bigger than their
skin can accomodate which make them look like rubber balls attached to
their chests.  A size 4 woman would NEVER have a D cup naturally.  If
you get a reasonable size, they look very natural.  And I KNOW what
I'm talking about.  :o)
