Actually, though, you bring up a good point and I was thinking the
SAME exact thing in that episode at first, BB, but then it registered
with me that he's into ALTERNATIVE forms of recovery and he's kind of
a mad scientist type of doctor in that aspect.... He's a man who's
willing to ****ft the paradigm and go against the status
quo....therefore, for him to be sort of a loner and a surfer dude
makes total sense. I still don't know if I would have brought that up
at a dinner with my dad's friend Victor Kiriakis, however.
It's not so much that it's "immature" or "undignified", after all it
*IS* actually a s****t, but it's in poor form at your dad's buddy's
dinner party. I *think* he was doing it to impress Chelsea, though. I
think he's trying to downplay it, but he's got a mad crush on her and
thinks she's a total cutie who has survived so very much in her young
life already that it turns him on....he views her as some kind of
survivor against all adversity or something and in some strange New
Age type of way, it really attracts an offbeat, go against the grain
loner like him to her even MORE.
