Well, yeah, it feels real to you, but seriously, you're not a guy and
you don't go up to women and start feeling them up, so it's hard to
really say from a straight woman's perspective how *THEY* feel. I do
agree with you that the saline and the silicone probably both feel
different, though. I've seen some pictures in Glamour magazine and the
looks of both different types of implant (prior to insertion) was
striking.

All I know is that I agree with you about the smaller sized boobs.
=46rom a visual standpoint, I absolutely cannot tell if a B cup is real
or fake, but with a larger C cup or a D or DD, it's pretty easy
because even with larger implants (like in a bathing suit or tank top)
there's always that gap in between and there is not a "smashed
together looking" (for lack of a better term...sorry) cleavage. It's
extremely noticable on certain celebrities like Tori Spelling, for
instance. She wanted big boobs, but her cleavage looks so damned fake
and un-***y that she should never have bothered with the surgery at
*ALL* or else she should have gotten smaller ones that match her
shoulders better. But yeah, you are totally right, the lower Cs and B
sized implants (to me at least) always look real.

And hey, if you live in or come from New York, (or probably Los
Angeles, too...) like one of my old roommates and all five of his
brothers...."there are so many women there with fake ones that you
start to feel like it's a little strange when you date one who's
actually got a real pair....you're like WOW! I remember these...what a
nostalgic blast from the past this is! This is kind of neat! It's like
rainbow stitched bellbottoms and you're like dang...I FORGOT about
those!" :o)
