I was amazed at how my attention was held during those scenes
yesterday, I was absolutely mesmerized. Whoever wrote that certainly
has a lot of insight into the human psyche. Many of their thoughts
were very profound.
John doesn't seem to have any idea as to how to go about wooing a
woman or I think Marlena would fall hard and fast for him. This is,
indeed, very interesting and I'm eagerly anticipating where it
going.
As to sex scenes, I don't like *sex* scenes of any age. They just
don't seem to be able to do them well and they make me feel
uncomfortable for the actors. Just lead up to it and then show us the
aftermath (whithout all the gasping and heaving breathing) AFAIC. I
guess I'd rather see the love and passion than the sex.
