Let's hope not.  Kate already has enough "surprise" children.  Not to 
mention the ones she remembers.  Let's see, she came on the canvas with 
Lucas and then was reunited with Billie and Austin.  She got Phillip via 
surrogate Vivian and then there was Rex and Cassie.  She has enough
already 
without adding Ava to the mix.
