A remake of Jack Webb (news)'s classic police drama "Dragnet," the =
updated series centers on Joe Friday (Ed O'Neill (news)), a lieutenant =
in the Los Angeles Police Department's robbery-homicide squad who =
oversees a team of young detectives (Parke, Longoria, Roselyn Sanchez =
(news) and Desmond Harrington).=20
Parke, who started his career on Broadway, had a recurring role on the =
ABC drama "Alias." He also co-starred in the indie "Nightstalker," which =
premiered at this year's Sundance Film Festival (news - web sites), and =
Tim Burton (news)'s "Planet of the Apes."=20
Longoria is an ALMA Award winner for her role on the daytime drama "The =
