Not legally, no - and buying homemade DVDs (presumably just copied off
the TV episodes, and the cut Comedy Central episodes (as opposed to
the original airings on USA) at that) would make it less likely for
Paramount to complete a proper DVD release.

(Then again, nobody knows anything about these "official" DVDs,
including whether or not they're going to release the entire series or
just start out with a "best of" DVD to see if it is worth releasing
all of the episodes.)
