There's a novel based on Paul Gross's "Passchendaele" movie. In Canada,
it should be available in every book store. I first saw it in a Coles.
I don't know if it will turn up in stores outside of Canada. You can

The writing credit for the book is a bit vague. What it says on the
cover and on the title page is "Based on the screenplay by Paul Gross"
and nothing else. The spine says "Paul Gross" and the title of the
book, as if he wrote it, but I have my doubts. They're trying to let on
that Paul wrote the novel, but I suspect that it was actually written by
an uncredited ghost writer.
