Supposedly a homeless guy was smoking a cigarette when he fell asleep.
He woke up and found his ****rt on fire. He took off his ****rt and put
out the fire, so he thought. But it wasn't out and he got 2nd and 3rd
degree burns all over. He is in the burn unit. They thinking now, he
set it but unintentially. Of course he's not going anywhere for a
while so they have time to sort out all the facts.
