ER Fan Fiction History

Hello,

I'm wondering if anyone has a history of the ER fan fiction community? 
Knows of any dates related to the community like what the early fanzines 
are, when they were published, the history of slash, when some 
discussions that were important in the community took place, etc.?  I've 
been sort of working in my spare time for my own interest on a general 
history of fan fiction timeline and I'm missing information on a lot of 
fan fiction communities... and I want to know. :)
