A couple of comments on this:
1. No matter who it is from I never open attachments. They get
deleted unopened. Period. End of story.
2. You really need to see another doctor about this. The only way
to really diagnos the problem is for a doctor to do a thorough exam
Including various tests. Now that may not be an option in Jordan,
i'd strongly consider going to Paris or Germany to get a consult if
the patient is able to travel and you can afford it. But only a
doctor can diagnose this.
