As noted in the article as part of a police officer's training, they are
tased to see 
what kind of effect it has on a person first hand. Oh and turn up the

computer becuse sometimes the only hint of the actual tasering is the

As to the subject of taser deaths I have to research and find the
percapita death 
rate of suspects being shot and killed by fire arms and suspects being
shot and 
killed by taser weapons. That is a fair way to judge.
