For most facilities this is a security design. I know in our business it
is
(animal hospital) Too many entrances makes for wrong doors being used and
extra staff to guide the right people to the right place. In an ER once
they
all go in the large set of doors, it's extremely obvious that only
hospital
personnel enter the trauma area and others go to the waiting area.
