Were the kids at least clean and kempt? (Eh. When I worked at the
library, we had a patron who always brought along her pack of feral

It's not like they didn't leave the door open for it with that "how my
family died" cock-up in S6 and the weird storyline with the guy who
thought he had kids, which I still think would have been an
interesting direction to go.
