Dan Epstein did an interview with Seth MacFarlane a few months ago
(before Mr. Epstein passed) at UGO:

And apparently it was due to a contractual agreement that she not be
credited. Dunno why (freakin' work server blocking all the fun sites)
but that's all Wikipedia said before providing the link.
