The writers were already on strike, so how much production could have
been going on? Plus, McFarlane is listed as a writer on many episodes
and he voices many characters, so I'd say he carries a SAG card in
addition to his WGA card. Producers don't carry cards, they carry $$$$
instead. ;)

Given the current situation in the US, I encourage all unions to push
back hard, especially against Fox.
