Isn't this sort of thing clearly covered under parody etc.?  Plus
if they were really trying to "steal" it they probably wouldn't
have mentioned his name in the DVD commentary.

It seems like such a frivolous lawsuit that it comes across more as
an attention grab/career revival move.
