I disagree. I despise pedophiles in real life, but a fictional cartoon
pedophile
is different. I also enjoy good jokes about pedophile priests and Michael
Jackson. Such jokes don't condone their behavior; it condemns it, in a
humorous
way.
Herbert is a non-threatening character because he is too frail to ever act
on
his perverse urges. Can you imagine Herb overpowering anyone?
I also despise serial killers, but laughed hard at a South Park episode
featuring three infamous serial killers returning to earth from Hell.
