jurisdictions or whatever the appropriate term might be? In other words,
DCI
Hunt moves from Manchester to London and is still DCI Hunt. Is this
reasonable?
The general tenor of life: 1973 Manchester seemed like a pretty bleak
hellhole, no offense to Manchesterianians intended. 1981 London, on the
other
hand, feels not too far from the early 1980's I remember. Is this a
function
of moving from the sticks to the big city, or was the UK really in an
unusually depressed state in the early 70s? Admittedly, I was a child in
the
early 70s and a not-child in the early 80s, so my own view of life in
these
here states might be somewhat off.

The developer dude in episode 2: Is it just me, or does he look like a
younger, trimmer Ricky Gervais? Er...I guess this one doesn't need a
specifically British viewpoint.
