That is absolutely a feature.  To remove restore points that eat up drive 
space is a genius idea.  And I assume it's heuristics had to know IE would

never unleash a brand new version of IE without letting it know, so it was

on-guard and doing it's job.

I know stuff like this is a real pisser, but I did get a hefty chuckle at 
Paul's expense.  Not because it's Paul, just because it's not me.
