Nah, I use a butcher for meat. Much better. They get the stuff in a 
condition known as dead then cut it up, get rid of the ucky bits and
present 
it looking good, ready for the oven. Waaaaaaaaaaay better idea.

BTW horses can give you a nasty bite. One took a chomp on my dad's left 
shoulder once. I had to remind him how much the vets bill would be before
he 
put down the pickaxe handle. He was about to feed a frenchman.
