That was a pretty good fair start. A couple of random bits:
(1) If the Doctor and Donna had left Adipose completely alone, the end
result
would have been a few million people with weight loss, a new generation of
Adiposians, and a dead evil nanny. So...what was the point?
(2) What up with ghost-ex-companion at the end?
(3) Donna was much less annoying than in the Christmas episode.
