I love that book, it's so funny. I have worked in restaurants,(although
nothing as fancy,) and some of the things in it certaintly resonated. Did
you ever see the series they tried to make of it? It was just getting
into the swing of it when it was cancelled unfortunately.
I'm on my own so it is devilled kidneys for dinner tonight,it is a real
treat as nobody else I know eats kidneys so I don't cook them very often.
