Bam Bam?
The old Liberal Party always used to be the equivalent of Kennedy
Democrats
(tended to get shot near libraries, drive into lakes, that sort of thing)
but the addition of the soggies gave them a lurch to the right. Paddy
Ashdown was always a bit of an anomaly of course. Always remember when 3
twats tried to mug him one night. That's Major Paddy Ashdown retd. Special
Boat Squadron. Bit like the SEALS only less sane.
