And while we're making invidious comparisons, I have to say at this
point I though "Out Of Practice" was *way* better than "Back to You".

While there were problems with "OOP" often recycling stories or
****tions thereof from past FRASER eps, I'll gladly take this any day
over bimbo weather girls, goldfish slaughters etc we're getting from
"BTY".

At best, this week's ep with ---- OOPS, I nearly said 'Frasier' ----
Chuck dropping in on Kelly and the daughter at a restaurant, seemed an
awful lot like one of the more tired Frasier's-date-goes-bad eps from
years ago.

And, yes, I agree Simon could have been a tremendous spin-off from
"Frasier", though I think we all realize by now the reason there were
no spinoffs were the purely fiscal ones David Lee described for us in
some detail back in 2004.

If those problems weren't realities, I'd have liked a Niles-Daphne
spinoff set in London with Niles getting an appointment there.
Keeping them in Seattle, or almost anywhere else in the USA, would
have effectively been an extention of "Frasier". But putting them in
jolly ole.. England ------- I'd say even the sky wouldn't be the
limit.

We can dream...

Charles
