Just finished watching the entire set. Wasn't aware of anything I
recalled being cut, though overall this season did not make the strong
impression on me that most of the earlier ones did. "Proxy, Prexy" I
didn't remember at all.
I did note, though, that the finale ran well over 23 minutes, a good
two minutes longer than most eps from S10 which were usually only a
tad over 21 minutes. (Originally, each ep was a bit over 22 minutes,
though at some point, this was shortened by NBC --- I remember David
Lee mentioning this to ATF at the time.)
So maybe the 'editing' mentioned on the packaging means the complete
versions of even one ep were never seen on TV? I do recall that the
100th ep (S5) was shown complete only once for its first telecast, and
was cut for all repeats (never mind syndication).
I have them all on tape still, but don't have time for A/B comparisons
of the entire season!
The eps I liked best were "Daphne Does Dinner", "Star Mitzvah" and the
spa one (forget title...) where Niles and Frasier pull strings to get
into the Platinum room, rather than the relaxation grotto.
