None that I can think of. "Futurama.com" used to be owned by Fox, I
think, but now it's owned by some third party that uses it to sell
links.

Yes, but keep in mind that most of the money goes to "Fox Home Video",
not the show's production company. I'm pretty sure they get either a
fixed amount or an amount based on sales, but it wouldn't be any
larger if it was sold directly by Fox. In fact, you're better off not
getting them directly, as they would charge "suggested retail price"
while, say, Amazon or DVD Planet has them discounted.
