Something is. I picked up a copy on alt.binaries.multimedia on 19
November. 
(1 hr 28 min 50 sec)

Haven't had a chance to watch it yet though so I can't comment on it.

A sample was uploaded to alt.binaries.multimedia.futurama a few days ago. 
It's probably still there.
