Well, if you listen to the commentary on the DVD, they say they 
considering making it some big secret code, but decided not to, so no, 
no hidden meaning in the time code. In the "Bite my shiny metal X" 
feature there's a big discussion about why the number of Fry's taxi is 
interesting.
