Install a **** filter. This will block access to ***ually explicit
material from your computer.

Optenet PC is a good one. I have this installed on the computers in
the house. Get it here:

Make sure you change the supervisor password to a random string you
aren't likely to remember, or have someone else do it. That way there
will be less temptation to try to disable the access controls.

Also consider keeping a journal logging all the times you use
****ography. That way you can review it and see how this is
interfering with your life.
