There's a reason they left "The Lost Adventure" lost; by definition,
it has to be the last episode.
Here's the story from, say, Zoidberg's point of view:
(Note that, to tell the "two" sets of Fry, Leela, and Bender apart,
the ones before they travel back in time will be called Fry, Leela,
and Bender "A", and the ones that have gone back in time are Fry,
Leela, and Bender "B".
1. Professor Farnsworth goes to Mom's headquarters.
2. Fry, Leela, and Bender "B" return from the future in the burned
Planet Express ****p, land it in the Planet Express building, switched
to the undamaged ****p, and flew to Mom's headquarters. Meanwhile,
Fry, Leela, and Bender "A" are still in the Planet Express building,
unaware of what is going on.
3. Fry, Leela, and Bender "B" defeat Destructor, watch the Reanimator
get destroyed, and get killed; Mom buys Planet Express from Professor
Farnsworth after throwing the hat into the deal.
4. Back at the Planet Express office, Professor Farnsworth tells Fry,
Leela, and Bender "A" about the deal; they discover the burned ****p,
get it fixed, and try to escape.
5. Mom traps the ****p in some sort of tractor beam, until Bender
becomes a playable character and manages to shut it off.
6. Mom captures the ****p in the mouth of the Mom ****p, decapitates
Professor Farnsworth and keeps his head in a jar, and flings the
Planet Express ****p (with Fry, Leela, and Bender "A" still in it) onto
the surface of the sun (which, amazingly, is solid).
7. Playable character Leela manages to free the Sun City citizens,
and gets dark matter for the ****p, allowing them to travel to see
Adoy.
8. Fry, Leela, and Bender "A" travel back in time (and become Fry,
Leela, and Bender "B").
At this point, there are no more Frys, Leelas, or Benders, Mom still
owns most of Earth, and Professor Zoidberg's head is still in a jar.
The End.
Oh, wait...
9. Fry, Leela, and Bender "B" are brought back to life, and Mom has
to seel Planet Express back to Professor Farnsworth, meaning she no
longer owns more than 50% of Earth - a wizard did it.
