Yes. That's kinda what I thought. I do know about kinescopes and how
for lots of old shows, they're all we have. So, thanks for the
confirmation.
Incidentally, does this mean that the shows were in color (as seen by
the home viewer) only on their first run? Although not common, it is
true that some of the eps of WML were shown on tape (not "live", as
noted in the closing credits when they say "this episode was previously
recorded").
