Hmm, interesting but one could also say that Carly keeps having Brenda's
"seconds."  Brenda had Sonny, Jax and one of the Alcazar twins before
Carly
followed in her footsteps.  Didn't Brenda also have Jason first...or was
that a high school crush that never came to fruition?

And then you could say that Sam keeps following in Alexis' footsteps too
with Sonny and then Ric.

With the ***ual merry-go-round that is ****t Charles (or most soaps, for

matter), everybody is always having somebody else's "second."
