Well...he certainly has that whole plastic surgeon thing going for him...
Or they could have Dr. Eve-ill do it because he really doesn't have the 
drugs to give St. Nick for a year.
So he takes his ten mill and plants a fake Emily in. That would be
funny!!! 
:D

But your scenario works too---that would bring the delicious Helena 
back---always a pleasure to see her. And it would give Natalia a way out
if 
her skills aren't up to the task of being a bad girl. :)
